	Health and Safety CTS have a commitment to providing excellent survey results every time. In order to do this we feel it is imperative that our personnel and members of the public enjoy the benefit of the highest possible health and safety standards.
	From the onset, CTS have invested substantially into research and training, ensuring that both legislation and best practice is implemented and updated. We operate a continuous risk assessment process, operated by our Supervision Team, providing onsite safety management.
	Enumerators are given Health and Safety training specific to the site and survey methodology employed before each period of work. We follow DfT and HSE recommendations and issue current and revised information where necessary. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided as required to all personnel and issued in accordance with each individual risk assessment.
	Quality Systems CTS have made substantial investment into the development of a Quality Assurance system which envelops Heath and Safety, risk management, best practice and internal audits. The Q. A. team comprises of the Directors, the Finance Manager and the Systems Coordinator. The team is responsible for all aspects of Company Practice and Human Resources, providing a structure that complies with contemporary industry standards.

	Codes of Practice CTS Traffic and Transportation is dedicated to providing our clients with quality reports constructed from reliable data. We endeavour to ensure client satisfaction and welcome enquiries and suggestions from clients regarding survey design and management. A full document relating to specific contractual terms and conditions is available for all disciplines/methods of survey work.
