Our staff are carefully
selected to maintain the highest standard of care in a homely and friendly
environment.
Qualified nurses, supervised by Matron (Ann Blair) and Sister (Irene
Brown) are on duty 24 hours a day and are responsible
for planning and implementing individual care for our residents.

They are supported by a team of care assistants, most of whom have achieved their NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualifications. |

Others include administrative, catering and
domestic staff as well as a handyman. Altogether, the
home, which is governed by a voluntary committee, employs about 60 people.
